Brief
Honeywell needed a strong campaign theme to promote their range of wireless, energy saving heating controls to their core audience of installers and heating engineers. The campaign needed to feature a number of product areas and be adaptable to cobranded campaigns with key distributors.
Solution
Recognising the power of the products to enable installers to reduce consumer energy bills, Purple developed a campaign inviting installers to "be an instant hero". Using a photo journalistic style, the campaign was executed through a range of POS and sales promotional items, as well as on and off line media.
Result
The campaign has been so well received by installers, that it has been used as a continuing theme in subsequent campaigns. The trade were so enthused that we have even been asked to produce "Be an instant hero" tee shirts, as featured in the campaign, so installers can live the dream!
