UKA Coaching required a dedicated site for 11,500 registered UK athletics coaches. They needed to cover coaching development, qualifications and events via a range of media including on-demand streaming videos, audio, photo galleries and blogs..
Solution
Purple initially developed a standalone brand to sit within the UKA brand family. Then the site was set up as a dynamic, constantly-evolving resource for the coaching community. Every piece of content is categorised for ease of identification by individual coaches. All video and audio is streamed via a CDN network. While a log in facility enables coaches to customise their home page, compose blogs and post comments on all resources.
